Promotion: To obtain codes redeemable for DLC in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 videogame (each individually a “DLC Code”; collectively, “DLC Codes”) (for any one can of purchase) and enter the lucky draw (the “Lucky Draw”) (for two or more cans of purchase in a single transaction), Participants must purchase any participating Monster Energy® products (“Qualifying Purchase”) from any participating retailer in Hong Kong during the period of November 6, 2024 to December 19, 2024. How to Enter the Lucky Draw: Participants must visit https://octopus-opl.com/privacypolicy/MonsterCODPromo (the “Lucky Draw Website”) and complete the online form by filling in their name, email address, birthdate, first four digits of HKID card, mobile number (with WhatsApp function), the 8-digit receipt number and upload an image of their receipt (containing a clearly printed merchant’s name, transaction date, receipt or transaction number, Monster Energy product(s) name, price and quantity, and total purchase value) by December 19, 2024. Lucky Draw Prizes: Grand Prize (3 prizes): one (1) Xbox Console + one (1) Call of Duty®: Black Ops® 6 videogame Second Prize (50 prizes): one (1) Monster Energy® long sleeve tee (no selection of size) How to Obtain DLC Codes: Participants must visit https://octopus-opl.com/home/MonsterCODPromo (the “DLC Website”) and complete the online form by filling in their name, email address, birthdate, first four digits of HKID card, mobile number (with WhatsApp function), the 8-digit receipt number and upload an image of their receipt (containing a clearly printed merchant’s name, transaction date, receipt or transaction number, Monster Energy product(s) name, price and quantity, and total purchase value) by December 31, 2024. The Organizer will then verify the receipt and send the Participant the DLC Code corresponding to the number of cans the Participant purchased via e-mail within 7 workdays. Participant can then go to http://callofduty.com/redeem to submit their DLC Code(s) for the in-game item to be used in their Activision account. Qualifying Purchases must be made on or before December 19, 2024. Last day to submit all receipts through the DLC Website for obtaining DLC Codes is December 31, 2024. The Lucky Draw Website and the DLC Website may be hereinafter individually referred to as a “Website” and collectively referred to as the “Websites”. How to Redeem DLC Codes: Redemption of DLC Codes is limited to one (1) receipt upload per account per day. Qualifying Purchases are based upon the number of individual cans/bottles of qualifying product made in the purchase (e.g., a purchase of one (1) 4-Pack of Monster Energy® equals four (4) cans). Each can/bottle purchased (up to one hundred sixty (160)) earns Participants fifteen (15) minutes of 2XP for use in the game and progress towards three (3) pieces of in-game content for one (1) platform in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 (the “Game”). Limit of one (1) hour of 2XP tokens per day, forty (40) hours total. Applies to all 2XP redemptions for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, not limited to this Promotion. Once Participants have accumulated enough cans/bottles from valid purchases (on one or multiple receipts), Participants can redeem cans/bottles for unique promotion codes in the increments and for the items set forth below. Upon reaching each tier as set out in the table below, Participants will receive a DLC Code for that particular tier. The Organizer will send DLC Codes via e-mail within seven (7) workdays to the email address used at time of receipt submission. Participants will have until December 31, 2024 to obtain the DLC Codes for their purchased cans/bottles and until March 31, 2025 to redeem their DLC Codes; after such dates respectively, receipt uploads of Qualifying Purchases cannot be redeemed, and the DLC Website will be taken down. Participants are limited to a maximum of one hundred sixty (160) cans/bottles to be submitted for redemption; if a Participant submits more than one hundred sixty (160) cans/bottles, they will not receive further DLC Codes. If any part of a DLC Code is counterfeited or improperly reproduced, or if the DLC Code comes from other games or promotions (whether operated by Monster or any third-party), or if any part is illegible, mutilated, or tampered with in any way, or if it contains or reflects printing, typographical, mechanical or other errors, the DLC Code will be rejected and will be deemed void and invalid. During the Promotion Period and until March 31, 2025, Participants can visit www.callofduty.com/redeem, log in to their Activision account (“Account”) (or create an Activision account if they do not have one already), submit their DLC Code(s), and follow the on-screen instructions to register for the Promotion. If a Participant does not have an existing Activision account, they can follow the instructions to register for this service at https://profile.callofduty.com/cod/signup. Registration with Activision requires agreement to the applicable terms and conditions and privacy policies for such use. After registration, Participant’s Account will automatically link to their Xbox LIVE gamertag and profile for the Xbox One or Xbox Series X console; PlayStation Network gamer profile for the PS4 or PS5 console; Nintendo Switch Online gamer profile for the Nintendo Switch; or Origin or Steam profile for PC (each a “Gamer Profile”). To redeem a DLC Code, Participants log into Participant’s Account and enter their DLC Code as directed by the DLC Website. After Participant’s successful entry of a DLC Code, in accordance with these terms and conditions, they will receive their DLC item which will automatically be loaded onto Participant’s Account within Participant’s Game for Participant’s gamer profile. If a DLC Code is redeemed prior to the release of the 2024 Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 videogame, the DLC item will be automatically banked into Participant’s gamer profile. Participant’s Code will only be redeemable with the Game account details on Participant’s Account. Participants must ensure they are logged into the correct Account before redeeming a DLC Code. DLC Codes will be assigned to the first Account that they are redeemed on. DLC Codes cannot be transferred to another Account and replacements will not be issued. NOTE: Acquisition of the Game is required to redeem and use the DLC obtainable through this Promotion; additional pay subscription services may be required to redeem and use the DLC in the Game’s multiplayer play. The DLC cannot be redeemed nor exchanged for any monetary value. The DLC content may be available for purchase and/or other giveaway(s) separately at any time. The 2XP DLC item will give the Participant fifteen (15) minutes of 2XP at time of redemption. Codes and Redemption Code Limits: From time to time herein, DLC Codes may be individually referred to as a “Code” and collectively as “Codes”. Each Code may only be used once; subsequent attempts to re-submit or re-use the same Code (whether by the same Participant or by different Participants) will be void. A maximum of one (1) hour of 2XP per day, and forty (40) hours of 2XP in the aggregate may be redeemed per Participant during the Promotion Period and until March 31, 2025, regardless of the number and/or combination of 2XP Codes redeemed. Codes must be entered on www.callofduty.com/redeem before March 31, 2025, and any valid unused Codes after this time shall become void. If any part of any Code is counterfeited, or improperly reproduced or if the Code comes from other games or promotions (whether operated by Monster or any third-party), or if any part is illegible, mutilated or tampered with in any way, or if it contains or reflects printing, typographical, mechanical or other errors, the Code will be rejected and will be deemed void and invalid. Each Participant acknowledges and agrees that the decision of the Organizer and Activision with respect to Code entry are final and binding. NO TRANSFER: Codes cannot be sold, traded, bartered, assigned or transferred to or shared with a third party, auctioned through an online auction site, or otherwise or obtained through any source other than from one of the methods mentioned in these Terms and Conditions. Codes are null and void and will be rejected if not obtained through authorized, legitimate channels. Code Verification: All Codes are subject to verification at the sole discretion of the Organizer before a Participant receives their DLC. Anti-fraud detection devices may be used for verification purposes. Codes will be void if they fail to pass anti-fraud detection measures, or if determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion to be unauthorized, illegitimately obtained (i.e., through means other than those stated in these Terms and Conditions) or if they contain an unauthorized message, code or other marking not issued by the Organizer and/or Swire Coca-Cola HK for use in this Promotion, or if defective or if they contain printing or other mechanical errors or are printed or produced in error or are illegible or unreadable or blank. No Code redemption will be valid if such redemption is associated with any Code deemed void for any reason, including without limitation, the following: (a) Code is not verified or recognized as being validly issued by the Organizer in the Promotion; (b) Code is determined to be previously entered and used, except as provided herein; (c) Code is incorrectly or incompletely entered or submitted; or (d) Code is void. Each Participant acknowledges and agrees that the decision of the Organizer shall be final, binding and conclusive in all matters relating to the Promotion, including without limitation determinations regarding the validity of Codes. The Organizer shall have no obligation to the holder of any void Code. The Organizer may, at its sole discretion and without obligation, elect to replace an illegible Code with one (1) randomly selected Code, if appropriate, upon request while supplies last. The Organizer reserves the right to inspect and examine any illegible Code prior to issuing a replacement. Replacements shall be issued at the Organizer’s sole discretion and may be denied in the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Except as expressly stated above, the Organizer shall have no liability or obligation with respect to any void Code. Terms of the Lucky Draw: The Lucky Draw is open to Hong Kong permanent identity card holders only. If the winner is not a Hong Kong permanent identity card holder, the prizes will be forfeited, and winner will be replaced by back-up winners. Participants must be over eighteen (18) years of age. If the winner is not over eighteen (18) years old, the prizes will be forfeited, and the winner will be replaced by the back-up winners. Each Participant can have unlimited entries to the Lucky Draw. Each receipt is entitled to enter the Lucky Draw once. Duplicated entries with same receipt will not be accepted. Each qualified Participant can only win once at most. Please keep the original and completed receipt for prize redemption and verification purpose. Participants need to upload receipts’ photo to the Lucky Draw Website. Purchase date and time, purchase store name, receipt number/store number, product name, quantity and purchase amount should be printed clearly on the receipt. Any incomplete, counterfeit or damaged, duplicated or reprinted receipt will not be accepted. Swire Coca-Cola HK and the Organizer will not be responsible or liable for any data transmission delay, distortion, error and the loss thereby incurred. Participants must ensure the information provided is accurate. Participants will be disqualified if the information provided is inaccurate and incorrect or if the receipt is obtained by fraud or other illegal means. Registration is only available via uploading the required info to the Lucky Draw Website. By participating and submitting documents for registration in this Promotion, Participant agrees to abide by the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion and any decision Swire Coca-Cola HK and the Organizer make regarding this Promotion. Winners will be notified the eligibility confirmation and redemption information individually by WhatsApp. Winners who cannot be contacted on or before January 13, 2025 will forgo the prize without being compensated. Upon prize redemption, winners must provide the original winning receipts for verification; otherwise, the prizes will be forfeited. Receipts will not be returned after prize redemption. If the winners do not collect the prizes within the designated period and venue, their eligibility to receive the prizes will be disqualified (no delivery service will be provided). If winner cannot collect the prize in person, kindly authorize someone to collect it with an authorization letter, original receipt and copy of the winner’s identity card. In any circumstances, prizes cannot be cancelled, altered, transferred or exchanged for cash. All images of the prizes and the descriptions in the promotional materials are for reference only.
